3. Operation instructions for vertical mixer
(1) A dry run test machine should be carried out before use. Before the test machine, the firmness of all the connections of the large plastic drying mixer, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer and the integrity of the electrical equipment should be checked, and then the total Switch, turn on the power supply, and perform dry running test machine;
(2) Dry run test machine test. It can be used normally only if there is no abnormal noise, high heating of the bearing gear, and direct temperature rise of the reducer.
(3) If it is necessary to scrape the material on the inner barrel wall of the machine during operation, use bamboo and wood tools and do not use your hands to avoid injury to your hands;
(4) If it is found that the machine vibrates abnormally or makes abnormal strange noises during use, the large plastic vertical mixer should be stopped immediately for a comprehensive inspection;
(5) The use load should not be too large. Generally, it is determined by the load of the motor. The heavy load current of the 380V motor when mixing plastic is normal. If the load is exceeded, the amount of mixing should be reduced immediately.
(6) The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing screw should be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the plastic. There are square holes on the outer gears at both ends of the large mixing barrel, which should be unblocked. Do not block the large plastic vertical mixer to avoid it The back pressure effect causes the dirt to penetrate into the shaft, and the material in the vat is blackened and deteriorated
(7) Managers must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control structure and operating principles of large-scale plastic vertical mixers. Do not leave the work place during operation to prevent malfunctions and damage to the machine parts, and to ensure safe production as a prerequisite;
(8) Turn on the power, open the cover of the color mixing machine, hold the safety protection switch by hand, and then press the green start switch, pay attention to the motor rotation (clockwise rotation), if the direction is reversed, please press the red switch to stop and turn off the power , Check and adjust.
(9) After confirming that the motor rotates correctly, it can be put into production normally. Please set the time according to the required mixing time of different materials (the timer is adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes) for production use.
